[Abstract]:
Titanium bars available from stock

1,α alloy contains a certain amount of stable α phase elements, which is mainly composed of α phase in equilibrium state. α alloy has small specific gravity, good thermal strength, good weldability and excellent corrosion resistance. Its disadvantage is low room temperature strength, which is usually used as heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. α alloy can be divided into total α alloy (TA7), near α alloy (ti-8al-1mo-1v) and α alloy (Ti-2.5Cu) with a small amount of compounds.

2,The (α + β) alloy contains a certain amount of stable α - and β - phase elements. The microstructure of the alloy in equilibrium state is α - and β phase. The (α + β) alloy has medium strength and can be strengthened by heat treatment, but its weldability is poor. (α + β) alloy is widely used, and the output of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy accounts for more than half of all titanium materials.

3,β alloy contains a large number of stable β phase elements, which can keep all the high temperature β phase to room temperature. Generally, β alloy can be divided into heat treatable β alloy (metastable β alloy and near metastable β alloy) and heat stable β alloy. The heat treatable β alloy has excellent plasticity in quenching state, and its tensile strength can reach 130-140kgf / mm2 by aging treatment. β alloy is usually used as high strength and toughness material. The disadvantages are high cost, bad welding performance and difficult cutting.
