Titanium Coil pipe Performance:

Titanium has excellent physical and chemical properties for use in a variety of applications: low density, light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and weldability, for chemical equipment, offshore power generation device. Desalination equipment, ship parts, electroplating industry. Titanium corrosion resistance is about 15 times stronger than stainless steel, and its service life is about 10 times longer than stainless steel.

Matters needing attention when using titanium coil pipe:

1. We must operate the reactor in strict accordance with the rules and regulations
2. Before operation, carefully check whether there are any abnormalities. During normal operation, do not open the top cover and the connection terminals on the touch panel to avoid electric shock. Do not operate under pressure. First, carefully observe the change of the pressure gauge. Test the pressure and immediately turn off the nitrogen valve switch; the heating rate should not be too fast, and the pressure should be slow, especially the stirring speed, allowing the slow speed to increase.
3. When the titanium coil pipe is heated to a higher temperature, do not touch the pot to avoid burns; lower the temperature after the experiment. Rapid cooling is not allowed to prevent damage from excessive temperature stress. At the same time, we should eliminate power in time.
 
At the same time, after the use of the titanium coil pipe, attention should be paid to the maintenance, so that the titanium coil has a better service life.
